RE: [REDACTED]

---

Re Seattle letter to Portland dated 11/13/72.

For information of Seattle, an Oregon State Police Officer suggested as a suspect in this matter an unidenti- fied individual he knew to have a criminal background and to have been interested in sky diving. Investigation identi- fied the suspect as [REDACTED], who does not fit the descrip- tion of Unsub in this matter. However, [REDACTED] photograph was used in display of photographs of other suspects to Portland witnesses, who eliminated him.

No further investigation concerning [REDACTED] being conducted.
