The following investigation was conducted by SA JAMES B. KELLY:

AT [REDACTED], KANSAS

On October 28, 1975, a review of the [REDACTED] Kansas, City and Telephone Directories was negative for any individual named [REDACTED]. The nearest name, similar to [REDACTED] listed as employed by the U. S. Air Force.

Captain ED WINEBRENNER, Winfield, Kansas Police Department, advised that a search of the PD records was negative for any record identifiable with the name [REDACTED].

---

WINEBRENNER pointed out that he is acquainted with [REDACTED]. He stated that [REDACTED] is an individual that frequently misrepresents things, either intentionally or by failure to have all the facts available and that he considers [REDACTED] to be unreliable.

WINEBRENNER stated that he is not acquainted with [REDACTED] and pointed out that [REDACTED] is not listed in the current telephone directory, thus indicating that [REDACTED] has possibly moved since the City Directory was published.
